Refund Policy

We want every family to love their Kawaii Crayon Club pack. Because premium packs are digital downloads with instant, lifetime access, the following rules apply.

Eligible refunds

• You were charged but did not receive access to your pack.
• You were charged twice for the same pack.
• The files are damaged and we cannot fix the problem within 3 business days.

How to request

Email support@kawaiicrayonclub.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and the phone number or email used at checkout.

Processing

Approved refunds of Rs. 889 PKR are returned to your original payment method (SadaPay, Easypaisa, JazzCash, card or bank) within 7–14 business days.

Non-refundable cases

Once the pack has been downloaded successfully, change-of-mind refunds are not available since digital files cannot be returned.
